Обновеният Наръчник по корпоративно подоходно облагане за 2016 г., съобразен с промените в ЗКПО, е публикуван в интернет страницата на НАП. 

В 9 от фишовете в наръчника са направени допълнения и актуализации в съответствие с новостите в данъчната практика, регламентирани в Закона за корпоративното подоходно облагане и други нормативни актове, пряко свързани с прилагането му. 

В Глава ІІ - Корпоративен данък, Раздел ІІ.ІІ - Данъчни постоянни разлики промени са направени във фишове ІІ.ІІ.3 - Непризнати приходи за данъчни цели и ІІ.ІІ.6 - Разходи за дарения.

В Раздел II.IV - Специфични суми, участващи при определяне на данъчния финансов резултат са актуализирани Фиш II.IV.1 - Финансови инструменти, допуснати до търговия на регулиран пазар и Фиш II.IV.5 - Данъчно третиране при разпределяне на дивиденти от инвестиции, отчитани по метода на собствения капитал.

Променени са и Фиш ІІ.Х.2 - Преотстъпване на корпоративен данък и намаление на счетоводния финансов резултат – общи изисквания, Фиш II.X.4 - Данъчни облекчения, за които се прилагат изискванията за минимална или регионална държавна помощ и Фиш II.X.6 - Данъчно облекчение, представляващо държавна помощ за регионално развитие (от Раздел II.X - Преотстъпване и освобождаване от облагане с корпоративен данък). 

Останалите два фиша, в които са направени промени, са от Глава V - Данъчно регулиране при прекратяване с ликвидация или обявяване в несъстоятелност и при разпределяне на ликвидационен дял и Глава VІ - Данък, удържан при източника. Обновени са Фиш V.1 - Корпоративен данък при прекратяване. Корпоративен данък за последния данъчен период и Фиш VI.1 - Обекти на облагане с данък при източника.
